Dunn’s River Falls is undoubtedly the most famous of Jamaica’s national treasures and park. World-wide it is also known as reggae and equally inspirational. There are few places where the Arawaks name “Xayamaca” (land of rivers and springs). The Spaniards called the area “Las Chorreras” (waterfalls or springs) and it is surely one of the most beautiful spots on the Island. It is located on the outskirt of Ocho Rios, also named the attractions’ capital of Jamaica.
